He was exceptionally good in checking everything I was eligible fir with my warranty. He had everything need for servicing my car above and beyond.

Excellent customer service! I had anxiety about purchasing my vehicle, however Ty, Spencer, and Steve were fantastic. The hospitality, communication, and friendliness from every department was awesome; really made me feel comfortable. I will highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. I also appreciate the follow up phone calls from Ty and Spencer to assure that I am pleased with my vehicle.

I had a great experience. I had to reschedule my recall appointment to a different day and got it approved for a later time to work with my schedule. After work, the experience was completely pleasant as Rae in the service department took great care of me. She also approved of an inspection of my vehicle and threw in a car wash not charged for either service. Please hang on to her. Very friendly and very positive. Need more like her. I purchased my Elanta about 10 years ago. I have used the service department to provide the best care. My.latest appointment was last week. Chris was the service representative who was friendly, knowledgeable, & I didn't feel like I was bring coerced into service that perhaps was unnecessary. I will continue to go there for future service needs. Thanks Chris!

Well, my part wasn't available, even though I made the appointment 3 months ago. So Shon ordered it and told me to make another appointment in 2 weeks, I did. BUT, when got home I noticed it said I was dropping off my vehicle, which I'm not, so had to make another appointment but nothing available till May. Also asked that they let let Shon know. I will make sure I call and confirm the part is there and they know where it's at before I come back. Price of gas doesn't warrant unless trips

Could not have had a better experience!! James, Damian, and Graylon were awesome! James went above and beyond in showing and getting the truck ready for us when we decided to purchase, and even filling up the tank before we left! It was a used pickup that we purchased, and it was even better than we expected; looked like new. James and Damian made it a very smooth, hassle and stress free experience for us. We would definitely purchase another vehicle there; total thumbs up!

I came in for routine maintenance and encountered Rae at the front desk. She was not only very knowledgeable but was extremely friendly, personable and went above and beyond. Normally car maintenance isn’t something that really sticks out in my mind as good or bad, it just is what it is, but this particular appointment will always stick out to me and make me want to continue to come to this dealership. I can honestly say it was all because of Rae. She’s amazing! Thanks Rae!
